Terms of Service
Last updated: April 17, 2026. These terms govern your use of RG Black Limo LLC chauffeur and transportation services.
1. Agreement
By booking or using any transportation service provided by RG Black Limo LLC (operated by .com, hereafter "we," "us," or "the Company"), you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations & Booking
- Reservations may be made by phone, text, email, or through our online booking form.
- A reservation is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation (email or text) from our dispatch.
- Accurate pickup time, pickup location, drop-off, passenger count, and flight details are your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
3. Payment
- A valid credit card is required to confirm most reservations.
- Final charges include base rate, tolls, parking, waiting time, additional stops, and gratuity where applicable.
- Corporate accounts are billed per the separate agreement on file.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Sedan / SUV airport transfers: cancel up to 4 hours before pickup for full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours are charged 50%; no-shows are charged in full.
- Hourly / as-directed service: cancel up to 24 hours before start for full refund. Within 24 hours: one-hour minimum charge.
- Events & custom itineraries (Coachella, weddings, Super Bowl, FIFA): non-refundable deposit; balance due per signed contract.
5. Waiting Time & Delays
- Domestic flights: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from actual landing.
- International flights: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from actual landing.
- All other pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time.
- Additional wait time is billed at the standard hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
6. Passenger Conduct
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted in any vehicle.
- Seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times.
- Drivers may refuse service or terminate a trip if passengers behave dangerously, abusively, or in violation of law.
- Damage to the vehicle interior (spills, soiling, etc.) is subject to a cleaning/repair fee, billed to the reservation.
7. Liability
RG Black Limo LLC maintains commercial transportation insurance as required by California law. The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: weather, traffic, accidents, road closures, airport operations, or acts of third parties. Maximum liability for loss of personal property is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip.
8. Lost Items
Please contact dispatch immediately at (323) 799 3190 or info@rgblacklimollc.com to report lost items. Recovered items can be couriered back at the client's expense.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
